Flights from Fribourg, Ecuvillens and Gruyère:
This flight offers an aerial tour of Fribourg and its landscapes: the charm of its lower town, the iconic cathedral and the Pont de la Poyat. This peaceful ascent will also make you discover authentic and calm countryside. You will see the chain of Alps and Prealps, while admiring the Jura, further afield. Fribourg, located a little more inland than our other flying sites, has a very diverse nature and landscapes. From the Vulliérain vineyard to the inhospitable rocks of the Gastlosen, from the Gothic treasure of the capital to the Alpine chalet, the portrait of the canton opens up under your feet. Near Gruyère, we will fly over its castle and the artificial lake near the Intyamon valley crossed by the Sarine river.
You will probably recognise the hill of Romont and its treasure.
The plateau is characterised by a marked relief on which you will see some old farms and houses, as well as the 11 towers and not less than 900m of wall.
